The food was excellent, atmosphere was fantastic & service was great. There were specialty items that made this more than just pizza. We did have quite a wait. We had gone by to check the wait time at 5 o'clock and we could've just walked in but instead we went upstairs to change as we were staying in this hotel and when we turned 45 minutes later, the wait was two hours long so I would definitely plan your visit, but it was worth it!

Five out of Five. Don't even finish this review, just go there! You are welcomed in with a roaring fire. Not a gas fire. Like a HUGE wood fire. The pizza? Amazing. Yes it used to be better years ago. But still darn good. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Beer selection is appropriate for the area. Go for a hike or ski or outlet shop then swing down for some amazing pizza. Oh yeah, and desserts. The desserts :drool:
One of the best flatbread pizza's I have had! My husband and I enjoyed our lunch here with great bar service as well. The homemade ranch is really yummy too. Has a nice rustic vibe to the resteraunt. Can't wait to get pizza here on our next visit to North Conway
We chose to go to Flatbread co. For dinner because we've been hearing great reviews about this place. This pizza was delicious! The ambience of the restaurant is cozy and intimate. The oven where they cook the pizza is out in the open and you can see your pizza being made in real time. This also fills the restaurant with a pleasant aroma of freshly baked flatbreads. We ordered our drinks, two mocktails that contained ginger beer and apple cider. These took a bit to come out, but they were absolutely delicious and we got a large glasses so it was worth the money. For our flatbreads, we went with two small: coevolution with maple fennel sausage added, and a harvest flatbread. These were both awesome, baked well and full of flavorful ingredients. I especially loved the maple sausage and the squash pieces. Both of the flatbreads were gone with no leftovers in sight. We of course had to try their dessert, which was a cinnamon apple crisp and barbaras homemade brownie sundae. The sundae was GREAT! The warm brownie, chocolate sauce and cold ice cream were a heavenly combination. The other dessert was pretty good but didn't have much wow factor to me. Our waiter, Shane, was wonderful, very helpful and polite. I also loved this place because they seem to give back to the community frequently and are very involved with charities. I love supporting a place like this. TL;DR: great flatbread, cant go wrong with any choice. Great drink options, and definitely get the brownie sundae to finish off your meal!
Yes service can be slow. Yes it's expensive. But it's vacation food! This place is always our first and last dinner each vacation. Specials change Friday afternoon. Get the ranch dressing for dipping. This place will bring you JOY if you let it!
Solid pizza for thin crust lovers with a special callout to fresh, organic pizza ingredients. The chicken bacon ranch was a favorite with a delicious ranch sauce and not too greasy from the bacon. Even the cheese pizza was well seasoned and better than the average cheese pie. Portion sizes were average for a large - two was plenty for 4 adults and 3 kids. The house salad was different and not for everyone. However, for me the celery and kelp with sesame ginger dressing worked well together for a great flavor combo that was different than an ordinary salad. The salads are pretty small though and really for one, maybe two people. We did takeout and it was 30 min for the order to be ready. There is a separate takeout window for takeout orders and the restaurant is actually connected to the inn so it's easy to miss. Quality pizza and worth a try!
Went here for a little lunch and we were glad we chose this spot. Huge space with some nice outdoor seating. Service was good, a little slow, but still good. We got spiked peach iced teas and the street taco pizza. We were skeptical of this pizza at first but when it arrived it looked amazing and tasted even better. Flavors worked perfectly and you really got a sense of biting into a street taco. Loved the chipotle drizzle on it! We love flatbread had Portland and this was just as good! If you're in the North Conway area and are craving pizza look no further. Definitely recommend.
